I experienced a service disruption on April 16, 2026 from approximately 03:45 to 8:30(UTC).
During this period, the following features were unavailable:
- New user registration: Users who signed up could not complete their username setup, leaving their accounts in an unusable state.
- Profile updates: Existing users were unable to update their profile information or avatar.
The issue was caused by an internal configuration error in the security layer. It has since been identified and resolved.
If you attempted to sign up during this period and were unable to complete registration, please try again — it should now work as expected.
